We develop components for the millimeter-wave and sub-terahertz bands — specifically 50 GHz to 330 GHz (V-band to J-band). Frequency multipliers are complete up to the W-band and harmonic mixers up to the D-band; components are published here as their development is completed. Beyond individual components, we build transmitter/receiver modules (including PLL and drivers) and, on request, peripheral parts not in any catalog — multiplier driver amplifiers, filters, and more.
Multiplication into the millimeter-wave bands
Up to W-band — developed, publication upcoming
Components that multiply microwave signals to build millimeter-wave sources. E-band and W-band multipliers are developed, with specifications to be published progressively. Paired configurations with driver amplifiers (LO drivers) are also available on request.
Bringing high frequencies down to a manageable IF
Up to D-band developed; work continuing
Components that down-convert millimeter-wave and sub-terahertz signals to a convenient IF band via harmonic mixing. Development targets E-band through J-band (up to 330 GHz), with D-band complete.
Sub-THz three-port waveguide power meter
In development (proof of concept)
A cost-conscious power meter covering 75–330 GHz through three waveguide ports (WR-10 / WR-6 / WR-3), featuring fast diode-detection measurement, internal calibration, and PC-app integration.
We build what is not in the lineup
Built to order
Peripheral components such as multiplier driver amplifiers, filters, and LO/IF diplexers, as well as boards and transceiver modules built around commercial RF chips (PLL and drivers included) — designed and built to your requirements.
Single parts or whole systems: beyond supplying individual components, we integrate them into transmitter/receiver modules and complete measurement systems. Inquiries like "we can't source this part in this band" or "we need just one custom piece" are welcome.
Contract R&D, custom measurement instruments, software development, joint research — we work in whatever form suits your project.
